Greetings!   Welcome to Farrington Community Consolidated School   District #99!  The faculty, staff, and administration look forward to working for you and with you in this school year.

Farrington is proud of the improvements we’ve made to provide you with the best educational experience possible! This is your school.  It exists to meet your educational needs. Though we are small, many unique programs, courses, and activities are available to you.  A highly-qualified and experienced staff of teachers, administrators, and support personnel have been employed to provide you with the programs and services necessary to allow you to increase your knowledge, improve your skills, and develop attitudes which will prepare you for a successful future.

 It is my hope that each of you will learn, grow, and mature as a result of the experiences you will have as a student at Farrington School.  How well you do and how much you achieve is up to you.  Regular attendance, preparation for classes, participation in school activities, completion of work, and respect for the rights and privileges of yourself and others will allow you to grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally.

 I urge you to strive for excellence in all you do every day that  school is in session. You will find that outstanding attendance, grades, achievements, and attitudes will be cause for great celebration and reward!

The board of education, administration, faculty, and support staff are committed to making Farrington School the best possible school for you. In this year of the Olympic Games, we will commit to their motto—Citus, Altius, Fortius—which is Latin for “swifter, higher, stronger.”  We will swiftly and progressively attack learning strategies to close achievement gaps; we will set our goals and expectations higher than ever before; we will finish the year stronger in every way! I challenge you to make that commitment with us, and together we will make Farrington School a winner and  champion.
