The District will respond to all requests under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act from all persons desiring access to and copying of the District's budget. Requests to inspect the budget should be submitted in writing to the Superintendent, who will reply within 7 working days. The budget may be inspected in the presence of the Superintendent, or may be copied for a fee of 10¢ per page.
